Despite the madness (or should I say mind-ness?), I've done my best to constantly remind myself that every single situation is a learning opportunity. No exceptions.
So I keep asking: what is this situation trying to teach me? what can I learn about myself from this? what's going on inside of me (thoughts, feelings, behaviours)?
