This offering is incredibly close to my heart. It’s infused with everything I’ve learnt from my professional career working with wellness leaders, as well as my own personal healing journey. 

It is grounded in a wide array of philosophies, techniques and experiences such as transformational coaching, meditation, feminine shamanism, sound healing, healing culinary arts, Ayurveda, conscious birthing/doula, heart and womb healing, ancient sacred rituals, neuroscience, tao feminine arts, reiki, spiritual psychotherapy, EFT, as well as mystical Sufi wisdom.

This experience includes:

• A sacred and safe container to feel completely held during our work together

• 3x monthly 1:1 sessions with me via Zoom (sessions can be recorded for further journeying and healing)

• Weekly check in and inspirational voice notes

• Support and accountability between sessions (I’ll be there every single step of the way) via WhatsApp

• Personalised notes and action plans after sessions, for integration as well as to keep you clear and on track

• Bespoke recordings and meditations created especially for you

• A plethora of mindset, wellness, energy and healing tools that will help you create a personal toolbox you will keep for life
