Hola, I’m JEanine
Allow me to introduce myself.
1. I’m a trauma-informed life & business coach, heart-centred entrepreneur, and writer dedicated to helping you live as the fullest expression of yourself, align with your truth, ignite your passion, birth your vision, and connect deeply with your body, soul and inherent wisdom.
2. I'm a fully qualified and accredited Transformational Coach and hold the Advanced Certificate in Coaching Practice. I have clients all over the world, coach in English & Spanish (clients include CEOs, UN leaders, doctors, entrepreneurs, teachers, students, and everything in between).
3. In addition to my private 1:1 containers, I also hold group programmes. I have coached over a hundred women from a wide variety of backgrounds and industries seeking to boost/upgrade their professional careers through Allbright’s “Career Accelerator” programme.
4. Throughout my career in the wellness industry, I've been lucky enough to have learnt from the very best by working with inspiring leaders in the wellbeing scene such as Ella Mills (Deliciously Ella), Hemsley + Hemsley, Jasmine Hemsley (I collaborated with her East by West cookbook), Jody Shield, Nicky Clinch, Emma Cannon & many more.
5. Following my passion for healthy cooking and eating (at some point my Instagram was only photos of food!), I became a certified Plant-based Natural Chef by studying healing culinary arts in Austin, Texas. I specialised in Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, Raw, Vegan & Vegetarian cuisines. I’ve worked as a chef in various retreats, events, restaurants (such as Odd Duck & Lenoir in Austin) and Engine 2/Forks Over Knives Conferences. I’ve also worked in food photography and styling, as well as developing cookbooks.
6. Over 6 years ago, I started working with wellness entrepreneurs, supporting them successfully birth/scale their businesses and re-align their lives and careers. I helped them set up and streamline the practical parts of running a business (back in the day I was involved in everything from copywriting, managing online communities, creating sales pages and online programmes, setting up podcasts, creating sales funnels, creating social media strategies... the whole thing). However I quickly realised what had the most impact in their "success" was supporting them feel confident and at home in themselves, shifting their fear-based mindset and releasing inner blocks that were holding them back from reaching their goals and being fully alive, which led me to start my coaching business.
7. I’m Swiss / Mexican. I was born in Luzern, Switzerland (one of the most beautiful places in the world, although I may be biased). When I was 5 I moved to tropical Mérida, Mexico where I lived until I was 18. I then moved to Paris to study, and after living a some-what nomadic life via several cities in Europe and the US, I've been London-based for over 7 years.
FUN FACT: I arrived to London on my own, with only a carry on bag in hand. I didn’t know anyone in the city and had no idea what the future looked like or if I would even stay, and here we are!
8. All of my life I’ve had a fascination with holistic wellness, healing, mysticism & spirituality. I’ve been an unwavering seeker and devoted student of truth, freedom, love, life and the divine. I was probably influenced by both my parents being acupuncturists, students of Sufism, dedicated meditators and teachers of Kundalini yoga.
9. This curiosity has lead me to explore Sufism, Buddhism, Kabbalah and Gnosticism; as well as learn from a variety of modalities such as trauma-informed somatic healing, heart-led business and leadership, sound healing, conscious birthing doula, meditation (vipassana, vedic, and many other techniques), psychology and neuroscience, women’s circle training, heart and womb healing, reiki (Level 1 and 2), spiritual psychotherapy, EFT, human design and more, which inform my coaching-style and approach to life.
10. When I’m not working and coaching you can find me taking long walks, reading poetry, going to museums and art exhibitions, missing Japan, making plans to travel somewhere I’ve never been to before, researching new restaurants to check out and/or cooking while dancing.
Phew! That’s all for now, but my inbox is always open if you fancy a chat.
Thanks for being here, it truly means the world.
