MY LONDON ADVENTURE

Over 4 years ago I arrived in London.

A carry-on suitcase in hand, ready for a job interview I applied never imagining they would actually reply to my email. 5 days after applying, I was on a plane omw to a new adventure.

I knew nobody in the city. I was completely on my own. And had no idea what the hell I was doing here. All I knew is something in me had guided me to jump both feet in, come what may.

No plan, except if it all went wrong I figured I would go to Thailand to learn how to cook thai food (random I know, but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do!)

After lots of hard work (I worked on a restaurant when I first moved here and omg it was intense!), a series of “random” connections that let me to work with some of the most inspiring ladies in the UK...

And I now have a job I had no idea existed, doing something I have always wanted to do but never knew I could.

I never EVER in my wildest dreams did I think it would all unfold the way it has.

All I can say is I’m grateful AF. For the ups, downs, tears, breakthroughs, disappointments... they have all made a better, stronger, more resilient and determined person.

I’m so grateful for all those generous beings that have supported me, guided me, taught me along the way… I’m humbled at the kindness and grace that have been shared with me. The fact that the perfect person always appears at the perfect time never ceases to blow me away.

If all of this hadn’t happened to me I would probably be a bit suspicious/skeptical at the whole “you can do whatever you want, if you go for it!” but hey, I actually experienced it. And if it happened to me, it can 100% happen to you.

London, thanks for being so good to me. Love you.

Have you ever done something “crazy” following your dreams?
