In this moment

In this moment⁣
a first inhale is being drawn⁣
a baby is being born⁣
a first kiss is landing⁣
an old wound is bleeding⁣
a hand is stretching ⁣
a back is turning⁣
an I love you is being whispered⁣
a separation has been decided⁣
a truth is emerging ⁣
a lie is being created ⁣
a laugh is booming⁣
a wail is piercing⁣
a stranger is arriving⁣
a lover is leaving⁣
an autumn leaf is falling⁣
a spring flower is blooming ⁣
a galaxy is forming⁣
a star is dying⁣
a last goodbye is being spoken⁣
a final exhale is being surrendered⁣

Every time I pause for a second and consider the endless multitude of experiences unfolding in this very instant, ranging from the divine to the horror, I am brought to my knees by the infinite capacity of the present moment to contain it all.⁣

Here we are, all of existence unfolding all together, all at once, in the womb of the here & now. ♾️
