MY OFFICIAL INTRO

I just realised I’ve never actually introduced myself over here, so here I go:

🌎I’m Swiss-Mexican & live in London. Let me explain: I was born in Luzern, Switzerland. When I was 4 I moved to Mérida, Mexico where I lived until I was 18. I then moved to Paris to study, and after living a some-what nomadic life via several cities in Europe and the US, I've been London based for over 4 years.

FUN FACT: I arrived to London on my own, with only a carry on bag in hand. I didn’t know anyone in the city and had no idea what the future looked like or if I would even stay here… and here we are!

🍓Following my passion for healthy cooking and eating (at some point my Instagram was only photos of food😂), I became a certified Plant-based Natural Chef by studying healing culinary arts in Austin, Texas. I specialised in Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, Raw, Vegan & Vegetarian cuisines. I’ve worked as a chef in various retreats, events, restaurants.

🦋Throughout my career in the wellness industry, I've been lucky enough to learn from the best by working with & being mentored by inspiring leaders in the wellbeing scene such as Ella Mills (@deliciouslyella), Hemsley + Hemsley, Jasmine Hemsley (I collaborated with her East by West cookbook), Jody Shield, Nicky Clinch, Emma Cannon & many more.

🤓My greatest passion in life is learning (I’m told that might have something to do with being a triple Sagittarius). This has lead me to live in different countries, join all types of courses/processes/workshops, and explore a variety of areas such as sound healing, psychology, women’s circle training, neuroscience, philosophy, reiki, feminine shamanism, spiritual psychotherapy and EFT which inform my coaching-style and approach to life.

🌸I'm a fully qualified and accredited Transformational Life & Biz Coach. I help women all over the world tap into their potential and thrive in their lives by reclaiming their power and innate wisdom... yep, I have the dream job! 🌈

In full transparency I kinda had no idea what i was doing or where i was going most of the time, I figured i would just take one step at the time🙃
