Lockdown diary
Hola, it’s been a while.⠀

You know when you have so much to say you end up saying almost nothing at all? ⠀

Yep.⠀
⠀
In summary, I’ve spent the last few weeks doing none of the 5 powerful steps to make the most out of quarantine, 3 life-changing tools to be more productive while being stuck at home and most definitely none of that 2 things that will make your body fit doing lockdown stuff. ⠀

Nope. I’ve chosen to be more and do less.⠀
⠀
Although doing less is not my strength it’s been the only thing that has felt right. And I am listening real hard to what feels right, more than ever before.⠀

Because I believe in a world where our value and standard is not only what we do and how much we do, but on who we are and the quality of our presence through situations (whatever they bring). ⠀

So I’ll keep softening into what’s unfolding. Even when I much rather distract myself with some “instant feel-good solutions”. ⠀
⠀
Listen, there’s no right or wrong way of living through this. All I can say is listen to YOU. Put mute on anyone or anything pushing you in any direction away from inside. Tune in. Inquire gently. Feel into what you need. ⠀

You don’t need to emerge knowing a new language, with a new website, having gone through an online programme on how to get more Instagram followers or a six pack. Emerging more human, emerging more YOU is more than enough. In my humble opinion it’s kinda why we’re all here for in the first place... COVID-19 or not.
