BIZ RESOURCES

It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.”  ― Henry David Thoreau

Hey love,

Below are some of my business go-to's. They have supported me through different stages of my entrepreneurship journey .

Please choose what resonates and leave the rest, let your intuition draw you to what would be most beneficial to you right now... you can always come back to this list for future inspiration.

SOFTWARE

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Asana — Project management tool.

  • Google Drive — Cloud storage and collaboration using Google Apps.

  • Trello — Project management tool (my favourite tool for personal to-do lists).

  • Dropbox — Cloud storage you can expand and share with your team or other collaborators.

  • Slack — Messaging app for business, great for team communication - ideally all communication in the team happens here, rather than bits and bobs happening via email/whatsapp/etc

WEBSITE

EMAIL MARKETING

  • ActiveCampaign — Email marketing, marketing automation, sales CRM and messaging.

  • Mailchimp — Email marketing, autoresponder tools, and landing pages.

  • Flodesk — Email marketing service provider for creating emails, opt-in forms, and email automation.

  • Substack — Platform that provides publishing, payment, analytics, and design to create digital newsletters.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • CoSchedule — Social media management, blogging editorial calendar, workflow management, and analytics.

  • Hootsuite — Social media management and scheduling software.

  • Later — Upload, manage and schedule Instagram posts.

  • Planoly — Instagram planning, scheduling, and posting tool.

BOOKING & SCHEDULING SYSTEMS

  • Calendly — Online meeting and appointment scheduling software.

  • Acuity Scheduling — Online appointment scheduling software.

Practices

  • MEDITATION

    • Higher Light Decree: The Awakened Entrepreneur MEDITATION

DATE WITH MONEY

  • DATE WITH MONEY - once a week

    • Make this non-negotiable, put it in your diary as a weekly event (for example, every Friday at 11am)

    • Put nice music, light a candle, put some incense on - make it a loving and sacred experience

    • Observe where money has been flowing in and out, bring curiosity and awareness

    • Celebrate all the money that has come in

    • Bring gratitude for the money that has been invested

  • FINANCIAL DETOX

    • In one of your dates with money, have the intention of doing a “spring” clean

    • Have a look at where the money is going: memberships, subscriptions, etc

    • Ask yourself if it’s still worth investing in it, lean into the energy of clearing anything that is no longer relevant

    • Take action to cancel, pause or modify any ongoing payments that might no longer be needed (do this asap, instead of procrastinating - you will feel so good after! you can use the 5 second rule as inspiration)
